The Company values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the TattooFit service (web/app, the "Service") and how it is processed.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email, nickname, and social login identifiers (Google, Apple, etc.)
• Service usage: tattoo images you generate, photos you upload, cash balance/usage, attendance records
• Automatically collected: device/browser information, access logs, cookies and similar technologies, advertising identifiers

2. How We Use Information

• To identify members and provide the Service (tattoo generation & fitting, community, cash/rewards)
• To improve the Service, run statistical analysis, and prevent abuse
• To display ads and provide personalized advertising

3. Cookies and Advertising

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies and may display ads through third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdSense/AdMob, Meta, Unity, Pangle). These third parties may use cookies and advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through a consent banner or your device settings.

4. AI Image Processing (Third-Party AI Service)

To provide tattoo preview and design generation, the photo you upload and your prompt are transmitted, via our servers, to Google's generative AI services (Gemini, Imagen, etc.) for processing.

• Data sent: the photo you upload and generation inputs (style, placement, prompt)
• Sent to: Google LLC (Google Cloud / Vertex AI, Gemini API)
• Purpose: solely to generate the tattoo image you request. Your photo is not used to train AI models.
• Consent: the app discloses the above and obtains your explicit consent before the first generation. Without consent, AI generation is unavailable.

5. Sharing and Processing

Except as required by law or with your consent, the Company does not share your personal information with third parties. To operate the Service, we may entrust processing to cloud/authentication/AI/advertising providers (e.g., Google Firebase, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, ad networks).

6. Retention and Deletion

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved or upon account withdrawal, except where retention is required by law. You may delete your account directly in the app at Account > Settings > Delete account.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, and you may withdraw consent to advertising.
